In partnership with the City of San José, Apex Homes, backed by AlphaX RE Capital, completed California’s first Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) condominium conversion, using AB1033 to sell ADUs as separately owned homes. It’s a new path to affordable homeownership for Bay Area families, and Apex Homes is already planning more ADU condominium projects across the region.
