The story behind this ADU
This Fremont family had one goal: bring aging parents to live close by. But they wanted the backyard shed stay. And they still wanted real yard space left over.
Most plans would have forced a trade-off: tear down the shed, or give up the yard. Instead, we designed a custom 495 sq ft, 1 bed / 1 bath ADU that fits around both. The shed stays, the backyard stays open, and Mom and Dad have a private home of their own.
