I had just finished a consultation with Aimee Tran on building a 991 sq ft ADU in my backyard. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the products, and nice to work with. I had an issue with building a water line that goes from the street of my front yard to connect to the back of my backyard. The issue is that I am starting work on my landscaping today and it should be completed in 25 days. She said if you are going to build an ADU in your backyard, you might have to tear up part of your front yard landscaping again to run the water pipe line to your backyard. She came up with the solution for me and even got me in touch with a license plumbing contractor all within 30 mins of hanging up the phone. This is what you call a problem solver, and also someone that is go getter. I thought it would take 24 hours to get in touch with this plumbing contractor, but she got me in touch with someone within 30 mins of hanging up the phone. Aimee is definitely someone I want to work with on this ADU project and would definitely refer my friends to her in the future. Extremely pleasant to work with, quick to response back to text and phone calls, and knowledgeable about the ADU product lines her company Apex has to offer.
