We’re planning to build an ADU in our backyard, and approached Apex since they are a preapproved builder for the city. We contacted a sales representative, her name is Aimee N. Almost immediately she set us up for a consultation session meeting with Apex team including architect, project managers, operation managers. The session was to understand our goal and what Apex has to offer. We walked through their plan and design and also details of cost. Very impressive team who are very professinal, detail oriented, energetic and wanted our business. Cost with breakdowns is very reasonable, clear and fair. Apex does it all from a to z. All we need is sit back and relax see our ADU becomes reality. We had several follow up meetings, answered all of our questions. Aimee is energetic, professional, knowledgable, and very organized. She responded to all of our questions quickly and made sure we are clear of the process. She also took us to see demo units to see their quality products. In few months we will decide and Apex will be our choice certainly. Highly recommen Apex, would encourage other ADU clients to check out Apex first before committing projects. Thanks
